Some frequently asked questions:

Can employees game the system?

Basically: no. Our AI telemetry detects suspicious patterns live during rating (too fast submissions, identical ratings, coordinated reviews). So Trust Scoring flags fraudulent behavior in real-time (if turned on). This way the system can weight down those behaviours (but not cancelling them entirely) and create more realistic, fair results.

What exactly is included in "one assessment"?

Everything: setup, unlimited peer reviews, manager rankings, AI fraud detection, automatic bonus calculations, all reports and analytics, data export (via API). Use the platform for free between assessments.

Do we have to use the bonus calculation feature?

No. The 15-level bonus/malus system is optional. Clients can use Quarma360 purely for fair performance assessment without connecting it to compensation.

What happens to our data between assessments?

You keep full access to all historical data, reports, and analytics. Zero cost. Data is yours forever. Browse anytime or use our API connection to move data to your other ERP softwares.

How long does setup take?

2-3 hours for most organizations. Upload employees, create departments, select competencies. Our AI assistant guides you through the process if you need some help. Our knowledge base's articles can also help you.

Setup requires these steps:

  • Adding all participating employees
  • Assign them with their competencies required in their field of work
  • Connect them with colleagues, subordinates, superiors and make sure everyone has at least 4-5 raters

That's it! You can start an assessment!

How do payments work?

Upon registration, the system automatically generates an initial payment based on the number of employees you specify. You have 5 days to complete this payment via credit card. Your first assessment can only begin after successful payment.

If you register additional employees beyond your initial count, a supplementary payment will be created to cover the difference.

For subsequent assessments: When you initiate a new assessment, the system generates a payment based on the number of participating employees. The assessment can only be closed once all outstanding payments are settled.

Summary:

  • Sign up → Initial payment created
  • 5-day window to pay via credit card
  • First assessment unlocked after payment
  • Additional employees = additional payment
  • Future assessments: Start → Pay → Close

Example Costs:

  • 50 employees: €445 per assessment
